Rahat possesses a unique blend of academic excellence and business acumen. With his experience in managing the Group as the Principal Architect, designing, planning, building, project managing, running a real estate business since 2005, and teaching architecture at BRAC University, he has become a champion of business innovation and a pioneer in applying cutting-edge technology. Rahat graduated from BUET with a BArch.

Faisal is the other founder of the BINYASH Group and a Director of the Board of Directors of UDL. His creativity, standalone thoughts, and meticulous way of action made him one of the promising leaders of this industry in Bangladesh. Since 2007, he has worked in the fields of architecture, building, real estate, project management, planning, and consulting. He is skilled in entrepreneurship, human resources management, financial planning, and regulatory issues in addition to architectural design, planning, and development. Faisal obtained his BArch at BUET.

Jahangir is the Managing Director of the company. He has over 26 years of diversified business experience, including manufacturing garments, machinery, and spares, procuring and distributing capital machinery, shipping, agriculture, stock market, and many more. Hence, he excelled in project management, strategic planning and business development, HRM, procurement and supply chain management, and legal issues on company operations in Bangladesh. Jahangir received his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET as well as his MBA (finance) from IBA, Dhaka University.

Rashed is the Chairman of the company. He is a business leader with 20+ years of success leveraging innovation and ingenuity to achieve results. He has worn many hats over the years and enjoyed success in global environments for companies including The Boeing Company (for 11+ years), General Motors (for 6+ years), and Augmedix (for 6+ years as the Country Director). These experiences gave him the capacity for innovation, adaptability, and leadership that he can leverage to drive growth. His ability to connect with others on a human level enables him to build bridges leading to success. He can combine ideas and execution to scale and supercharge businesses.
